Joshua graduated from UNSW with a BCom/BSc in Physics and Economics in 2006. He brings strategic, marketing and IT skills to develop and support the service offerings of Sustainability Challenge International.

As a director of Diversity Consulting, Joshua's exceptional understanding of IT applications to learning and communications has contributed to positioning the company as a leading provider of cutting edge diversity and discrimination solutions.

Joshua played a key role in developing the Sustainability Challenge, as well as cementing the local and global partnerships for ongoing development and distribution of the product.

Joshua is currently studying a Masters of Sustainability Management.

Errol qualified with a BA, LLB and MBA, practiced as a barrister for 26 years in South Africa simultaneous to acting as advisor and consultant to top companies on equity, discrimination and workplace relations issues. On relocating to Sydney, he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.

As Director (Legal) of Diversity Consulting he has applied his extensive experience to formulate human resource and workplace relations policies for multinational and blue-chip companies in the Asia Pacific region. He has also conducted training programmes and workshops to assist managers in the implementation of strategies for combating discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

Errol heads a global team of researchers and contributors for the Sustainability Challenge, and the Diversity Challenge from which it was adapted.
